Overview:

Industrial facility with 4,000 m2 freezer temperature controlled wearing slabs; 6,000 m2 Internal floors and 8,000 m2 external pavement slabs. The freezer wearing slabs were finished to a flatness rating of FF65 FL40 and the iInternal floors finished to a flatness rating of FF62 FL34.

Scope of works:

• Setout.
• HD bolt installation.
• Fix bar and mesh reinforcement.
• Edgeform to ground slabs.
• Supply and install armour joints.
• Place and finish footings.
• Place and finish freezer base slabs and freezer wearing slabs.
• Place and finish internal warehouse slabs.
• Place and finish external pavement slabs.
• Supply and apply curing compound.
