Overview:
St Paul Terrace was a high rise apartment project in Fortitude valley completed in 2021.
Kraftur® and McNab’s team worked closely together to maintain quality and program requirements within the limited site area. Through this close working relationship, Kraftur® was able to provide A Concrete Advantage by delivering a quality result for both McNAB and their client.
Scope of works:
- Foundation concrete place and finish.
- Ground edgeform and joint installation.
- Slab on ground basement 2 level place and finish.
- Suspended slab place and finish basement 1 to Level 7, including roof,
- Concrete columns, walls and stairs place and finish,
- Curing and densifier applied where required.
