Overview
Property developer Mapletree engaged Vaughan Constructions to construct Stage 2 of their Project Candle development in Park Ridge QLD.
Stage 2 consists of two warehouse facilities providing over 35,000m2 of industrial floors internally and over 15,000m2 of combined external hardstands. Kraftur complete the concrete works package in December 2024.

Challenges and Solutions
Challenge:

Solution:
Due to the scale of the project and tight program to deliver, Kraftur was required to work on both warehouses concurrently. This required a larger crew to service the project, including equipment to place and finish concrete. Kraftur was able to deliver by providing sufficient resources with multiple crews working on different work areas, and using multiple laser screeds and concrete finishing equipment.
