Overview Mica Street:

Mica Street was Kraftur®’s first project with De Luca Corporation. We won this contract by committing to the tight program finish date and budget. Kraftur® offered A Concrete Advantage with our grunt capacity and smart use of technology to finish the project on time and to deliver a quality product that both the client and builder were happy with. Kraftur® achieved internal floor flatness and levelness result of FF 82 FL 66, exceeding the specified FF50 FL30 set by the client brief.

Overview Maxitrans:

Kraftur® was engaged by De Luca Corporation for the full supply, place, and finish concrete package at the new Maxitrans Warehouse. From Footings to crossover, Kraftur® worked closely with the De Luca project team overcoming many unforeseen hurdles. Kraftur®’s promise to deliver A Concrete Advantage was achieved by meeting the tight program finish date and budget. Our grunt capacity and smart use of technology to finish the project on time and deliver a quality product that both the client and builder were very happy with. Kraftur® achieved internal floor flatness and levelness result of FF 78.12 / FL 66.72, exceeding the specified FF50 FL30 set by the client brief.

Scope of works:

  • Detailed excavation.
  • HD bolt set out and as-built conformance done with Kraftur® total station.
  • Foundations concrete supply, place and finish.
  • Dowel and Armour Dowel Joint supply and installation.
  • Internal Maxitrans Warehouse FRC burnished slab supply, place, and finish – 13,200 m2
  • Internal Mica Street Warehouse FRC burnished slab supply, place, and finish – 13,000 m2.
  • Plasma and blast booth trenches – including the supply and installation of metal work to trenches.
  • External Maxitrans Pavement, Office, Container hardstand, Paths and Outbuilding slabs supply, place, and finish – 15,325 m2.
  • External Mica Street Pavement, Paths and Outbuilding slabs supply, place, and finish – 10,400 m2.
  • Externals Light Duty Pavement Carpark’s Slab supply, place and finish – 4,550 m2.
  • Joint sealing all concrete slabs of ground.
  • Apply concrete kerbing to the whole job.
