Overview:

The Hilton Foods Warehouse is a new food processing facility completed by Hansen Yuncken in 2018. Kraftur® was tasked with the full concrete place and finish package to all in-situ concrete elements above ground. By working and communicating closely with the Hansen Yuncken team, Kraftur® was able to deliver A Concrete Advantage by reaching all program milestones and providing quality workmanship to 35,000 m2 of burnished finished concrete slabs and over 20,000 m2 of external pavements, paths and outbuildings.

Scope of works:

• Edgeform, reinforcement and jointing installation.
• Internal production, cold room and freezer slab place and finish – 10,000 m².
• Internal warehouse FRC slab place and finish – 12,000 m².
• Internal suspended and mezzanine slab place and finish – 13,000 m².
• Main office slab place and finish – 3,000 m².
• Perimeter concrete coving /hobs to coolrooms.
• External pavement and paths place and finish – 20,000 m².
• OSD Tank Condeck installation and concrete place and finish – 2,300 m².
