Overview:

Duke Street Apartments was a mid rise project in Woolloongabba completed in 2017. Kraftur® and McNAB’s team worked closely together to maintain quality and program requirements within the limited site area. Through this tight working relationship, Kraftur® was able to provide A Concrete Advantage by delivering a quality result that both McNAB and their client were happy with.

Scope of works:

• Foundations concrete place and finish.
• Ground edgeform, reinforcing mesh and joint installation.
• Slab on ground place and finish to basement 3.
• Suspended slab place and finish basement 2 to Level 15, including roof.
• Concrete columns, walls and stairs place and finish.
