Challenges and Solutions

Challenge:

  • Working in flat floor competitive market, Kraftur® had to crack the code with Multispan Gold-coast team and win first tender at right price with our preferred subcontractor.
  • The civil contractor could not keep up with preparing the subgrade for Kraftur® to start preparation on external hardstands.

Solution:

  • Kraftur®’s contract management team went on sharp pricing on basis of support provided by our partners Boral and Mesh & bar. Kraftur® offered a coffee machine to MSA Gold coast office to fuel the bustling and start of a strong partnership.
  • Kraftur® offered to support MSA team on taking that scope under day works and prepared the estate for our steel fixers to start installing mesh and keep up with the programme.
