As we celebrate our 11th year of Krafting strong futures, we reflect on a year of growth, innovation, and community spirit. With our eyes on the “Golden Decade” ahead for Queensland’s construction industry, we remain grateful for the crew who have shaped our journey and the clients who continue to support us. Here are the highlights that defined 2025:
SETTLING INTO OUR NEW HOME
After a decade growing up in humble tent in Hemmant, Kraftur now thrives in our purpose-built Stapylton facility. This new base empowers our crew to take on the next ten years with renewed energy and ambition.

KRAFTING A BETTER WORLD WITH VISY
Partnering with Visy on their largest investment to date, we constructed concrete works for a state-of-the-art glass plant in Yatala — a new milestone for Kraftur our biggest project ever. Visy’s focus of investing for a better world aligns with Kraftur®s focus of Krafting strong futures.

KRAFTING PARTNERSHIPS IN TAMWORTH
Our team joined forces with Tefcon and local partners to deliver an impressive food processing facility. The team leveraged local capability with Kraftur®s backing to deliver outstanding works on a “once in a lifetime” build for Tamworth. The Tamworth Country Music Festival and Peoples Charity Ball added memorable moments to these partnerships.

TRACTION & LEADERSHIP GROWTH
As we enter our third year of using EOS, we’re proud to say that Kraftur® runs on EOS. With a consistent rhythm of Leadership Team offsites, four company-wide offsites, and numerous Level 10 meetings across the business, we are well on our way to achieving Kraftur’s three-year vision. These efforts ensure we have the right people on the Kraftur Bus, driving alignment and momentum toward our goals.

MORE SUNRISES AT THE PORT OF BRISBANE
We marked the completion of our 18th project in five years at the Port of Brisbane. Supported by Somero technology and innovative slab-prep processes, Kraftur remains the go-to for high-spec container pavement construction.

Without question all the boys were great to work with, but along side John I’d like to make special mention on Jeremy Croton, Ben Hopkinson & Rhys McDonaugh for their diligence & determination across the job. Looking forward to next time!

KRAFTING HIGH RISE AGAIN!
After years of groundwork, we returned to high-rise construction – parking Kraftur vehicles on floors built by our own crew.

KRAFTUR ELECTRIC ORANGE
Spot our new fleet of BYD electric orange cars—driven by our contracts managers—bringing sustainability and style to every site.

A STRONG ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT
Our people are at the core of everything we do, which is why we continue to prioritise fair compensation for our crew.
In 2025, our crew collectively drafted and voted on a new employment agreement, ensuring fair compensation and a strong foundation for the future.

MATESHIP DEEPLY ROOTED IN KRAFTUR CULTURE
When a crew member fell ill, the team rallied in support—demonstrating that mateship remains alive and well at Kraftur. – It’s a privilege to be Australian

CELEBRATING TOGETHER
A full company breakfast in June and quarterly offsite development days brought our office and site leaders together to cascade our vision, grow leaders, and celebrate success.

M&M HEALTH
Mental and men’s health remain ongoing challenges in our industry. This year, Kraftur donated to the Black Dog Institute and Movember in lieu of Christmas gifts. In 2026, we’ll launch a new wellbeing program—stay tuned for details.

As we wrap up 2025, we wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to a successful 2026 alongside our crew, clients, and partners!
